Petra Hössl is responsible for Research Management, Staff Recruiting and supports the researchers regarding basic information and travel expenses. She's also responsible for formal funding application for projects and for affairs concerning Advisory Board and Lakeside Labs Association as well as for coordination and management of special projects. She was University Assistant at the Department of Geography and Regional Studies from 1999 to 2007 before joining the Lakeside Labs GmbH. Her main research has been on European Spatial Planning and Regional Policy, Regional Development in Alps Adriatic Region and Crossborder Cooperation. During her job at the Department of Geography and Regional Studies she also gained project experience in locally and EC funded projects.

Christina Kercek is supporting the Lakeside Labs team, especially the scientific and the managing director. Based on her long-time experience in the field of accounting, controlling, project and liquidity planning/calculations, she treats accounting issues, claims for travel expenses, financial reports for funded research projects and their controlling. Christina Kercek gained her professional experience a. o. as tax consultants assistant and foreign language secretary in Germany, as well as in Austria.

Christian Philipp is responsible for science communication. He is the contact for all matters of internal and external communication. His main responsibility is the media interface between science and public opinion. Additionally he communicates objectives and content of technical research projects with appropriate media and in target-group specific language. Moreover, he oversees the website of Lakeside Labs GmbH.

Roland Tusch is responsible for our Research Management. He received both his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Applied Computer Science from the University of Klagenfurt in 1999 and 2004, respectively. In 2004, he co-founded the Mobile Multimedia Systems (M3-Systems) research lab with the aim of transferring the labs multimedia know-how to the local and national industry.Projects in the austrian network for etourism, a national translational research project, and a national project together with our partner ASFiNAG were accomplished by the lab until September 2008.
Roland Tusch is also author of a number of publications in the area of adaptive and context-aware multimedia services in refereed international journals and conference proceedings.
